Manager - Handover (SA)

Manage the end-to-end client handover process for residential projects, ensuring timely transitions from completion to client delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to resolve cross-functional issues, validate documentation and asset readiness, and maintain compliance and customer-experience standards. Lead handover protocol and checklist development, oversee walkthrough logistics, track outstanding items and post-handover issues, and report KPIs and risks using project tools like Salesforce.
