Lead the Commercial & Strategy function to translate the organisation's 5-year vision into multi-year roadmaps, decomposing them into annual improvements in partnership with management. •Develop and implement enabling processes and technologies that drive consistent practices, productivity, and increased performance across NISHAN
•Direct and support the consistent implementation of company and departmental initiatives
•Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize go to market strategies for new and existing products
•Manage territory planning and business development efforts to quickly scale and maximize sales success
•Serve as strategic partner to the VP- NISHAN Governance & Business Support and other departmental leaders in developing department wide strategies, campaigns, and work streams to benefit overall achievement of annual growth targets

Key Requirements

•MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree. Bachelor’s degree required.
