Continuous Improvement Coordinator

Implement and coordinate the site’s continuous improvement (CI) initiative by building and leading the plant’s CI team and supporting Lean activities. Evaluate operations to find waste and improvement opportunities, facilitate VSM and Kaizen events, and develop, prioritize, and standardize solutions to reduce waste and improve performance. Coach and mentor employees on continuous improvement and manufacturing principles, train staff to identify and eliminate waste, and prepare regular reports as needed.
