Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end process integration across PWF, assembly, and test from NPI through sustained HVM as the PI subject matter expert.
  • •Define PI technical direction, integration frameworks, and success criteria for HBM programs.
  • •Lead process characterization strategy and window definition to drive systemic yield improvement.
  • •Resolve complex cross-site integration challenges affecting ramp, quality, or business commitments.
  • •Represent PI in program and leadership forums, align global stakeholders, and deliver NPI milestones on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • •Serve as a PI subject matter expert with strong process integration ownership from NPI through sustained HVM.
  • •Ability to drive process characterization strategy, window definition, and systemic yield improvement.
  • •Ability to resolve complex yield, reliability, and performance issues through deep technical analysis and integration expertise.
