•Monitor inbound technical support requests during shift hours and stay in constant contact until issues are resolved.
•Determine customer experience level to keep them safe and prevent them from being asked to do more than they can.
•Document support work, create standard work/solutions, and coordinate with internal teams on quality escapes, design errors, and service alerts or bulletins.

•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld devices (e.g., smartphone, iPad), including managing support cases in Remedy software.
