[L&C] MLRO & Compliance Officer, UK

Own the UK regulatory build-out as the senior MLRO/Compliance Officer, establishing the compliance and financial crime framework needed for UK authorisation and acting as the go-to compliance lead as the business scales. Lead UK compliance and financial crime workstreams, advise on FCA expectations and governance/control design, and engage regulators and external advisors. Provide practical regulatory guidance across products, customer journeys, partnerships, and initiatives for the UK market.
