Key Responsibilities

  • •Own creative solution engagements and build tailored engagement plans for complex customers alongside CSMs.
  • •Lead workflow discovery by discussing customers’ creative and production workflows, identifying pain points and unarticulated needs.
  • •Explain and demonstrate Adobe creative portfolio capabilities, combining them with third-party GenAI models where relevant to drive adoption.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and guiding how customer workflows should evolve in a GenAI-first world.
  • •Co-create high-impact creative use cases, collaborate with internal teams, and turn engagements into customer success stories and scaled events.

Key Requirements

  • •Foundational understanding of creative solutions and interest in the digital media competitive landscape and Adobe differentiation.
  • •Strong interest in improving the creative process with generative AI tools such as Firefly and Firefly Enterprise Solutions.
  • •Ability (or potential) to lead workflow discussions with customers and uncover real needs.
  • •Specialty area within the creative domain (e.g., video, motion, or design) to provide depth in customer conversations.
  • •Strong communication skills in Japanese (business level required) and good communication skills in English.
