•Proactively build and foster customer relationships through outreach, follow up, and needs discovery
•Educate and demonstrate deposit and loan products and services, including digital and self-service options
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and provide consistent client experience, including greeting and processing basic transactions
•Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications
•Collaborate with branch team members and partners and use available resources/technologies to optimize client experience with operational excellence

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.92 - 30.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•Typically 1–2 years (Consultant 1) to 5+ years (Consultant 4) of job-related retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training)
•Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up, with strong ability to engage and communicate with clients
•Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies with a digital first mindset
•This position requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including successful background and credit check
