Job Summary

Lead the engineering delivery of an AI-enabled financial platform that powers index calculation and back testing. You’ll define technical architecture and standards while contributing hands-on Java full-stack development across backend services, REST APIs, and modern frontend UIs. Partner with product, quantitative analysts, QA, data, and infrastructure teams to translate financial methodology into auditable, scalable, secure workflows using AWS and robust testing/observability practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of an AI-enabled financial platform for index calculation, options analytics, back testing, and workflow execution.
•Define technical architecture and implementation standards, including testing and production readiness expectations.
•Develop backend services and platform components for financial calculation logic, workflow orchestration, validation, and reporting.
•Build and integrate modern frontend applications with backend APIs, authentication flows, and cloud workflows.
•Mentor engineers through design/code reviews and establish responsible AI-assisted development and QA/evaluation routines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 215,000 annually

•12+ years of software engineering experience with significant Java full-stack and enterprise platform delivery.
•5+ years of technical leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding delivery teams.

•Hands-on frontend development experience with React, Angular, or Vue, plus TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
•Experience building AWS cloud-native systems and familiarity with financial platforms such as index calculation and back testing.
