Loss Containment Servicing Representative

Manage loss containment servicing requests by handling administrative data entry, updating systems of record, and generating notices, letters, and statements. Process returned mail status, route credit bureau disputes to the Regulatory Risk team, and prepare documents for imaging and retention. Handle payment processing for direct-receipt payments and ensure accurate interoffice mail and fax delivery. Initial onsite training transitions to a hybrid schedule.
