Job Summary

Ensure a best-in-class, end-to-end workplace experience across managed San Jose sites for employees and external guests. Oversee daily workplace operations (mailroom, security, janitorial, food & beverage, parking, site amenities), apply modern space management practices, and lead strategic workplace projects. Partner with the People team to organize engagement events and continuously optimize site workflows to deliver a seamless on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily workspace operations, including mailroom, security, janitorial services, food and beverage programs, parking, and site amenities.
•Align physical workplace layouts and workflows with organizational needs using modern space management practices.
•Develop and execute strategic workplace projects and initiatives aligned with local and global organizational goals.
•Partner cross-functionally with the People team and key stakeholders to organize activities and events that drive employee engagement.
•Maintain and optimize site workflows to ensure a seamless on-site experience for employees and external guests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 138,000 annually

•On-site availability in San Jose, CA (Monday through Friday) with experience in a workplace role, including site lead experience.
•Demonstrated expertise in vendor administration, change management, and establishing operational workflows.
•Proven project management skills overseeing complex workplace initiatives from conception to completion with minimal supervision.
•Experience supporting space planning and allocation, including analyzing desk density and utilization metrics to optimize physical layouts.
