Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations, meeting commitments and arrival times, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network-related system issues using established tools and escalation processes.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance, field changes, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes.
  • •Complete administrative and compliance tasks including accurate documentation for timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, PMs, FCOs, installations, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • •Collaborate with the regional team to improve processes, identify training gaps, share best practices, and become qualified across multiple modalities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment.
  • •Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or image-guided therapy equipment (preferred).
  • •Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking principles to install, troubleshoot, and repair complex systems using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
  • •Associate degree in electronics (or related field) or equivalent education plus hands-on experience.
  • •Must be able to meet physical/cognitive/environmental requirements of a field service role with extensive travel (~90%).
