Key Responsibilities

  • •Take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Provide project management for MEP activities to ensure client objectives are met.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate reporting and quality deliverables are issued to clients.
  • •Track MEPF activities at project level and report to clients for on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and vendors and interface with the client and other consultants across all project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. / BTech in Mechanical or Electrical (NICMAR or equivalent is an added advantage).
  • •10–15 years’ experience.
  • •Experience working on refurbishment projects for office fit-out projects.
  • •Good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • •Ability to lead MEPF project management and MEP vertical delivery for refurbishment projects.
