Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose, repair, and start up HVAC equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Technical school or formal training.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Universal Certification (required).
