Senior Manager, UX

Lead a global UX design organization within the GTM and Marketplace team, owning the end-to-end user experience from first marketing touchpoint through Unity.com, learning pathways, and the commerce stack (licensing, entitlements, and asset acquisition). You’ll manage and mentor UX designers at scale, drive UX product strategy across the ecosystem, partner with Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Engineering, and champion AI-era UX innovations for millions of creators.
