Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • •Assign and monitor work for warehouse team members (5–10 associates) and ensure on-time material flow to production and on-time customer shipments.
  • •Coordinate with production, planning, and procurement, including order allocation for inbounds and storage.
  • •Maintain high inventory accuracy via cycle counts/audits, and investigate/resolve inventory discrepancies and labeling/location control.
  • •Oversee inbound and outbound scheduling, ensure documentation accuracy (BOLs, packing lists, shipping labels), coordinate with carriers, and enforce shipping and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, including process optimization, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
  • •Knowledge of warehousing and material handling, inventory management, and logistics of FTL/LTL/HT shipments, including domestic shipment documentation.
  • •Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP) such as SAP or similar.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and safety/local regulations, with the ability to generate accurate records.
