Key Responsibilities

  • •Create engaging online learning content and collaborate with internal teams to define strategic training programs.
  • •Localize and adapt content for multiple markets across the EMEA region, including regional gaps and local product features.
  • •Strategize and design customer learning experiences by understanding customer segments and personas, and analyzing analytics and feedback.
  • •Manage projects and operations, following development methodologies and improving intake processes and roadmaps.
  • •Administer and optimize AI-enabled learning systems, including learning path creation, course uploads, user management, reporting, and certification tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in instruction design, eLearning, and content authoring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • •University degree in a related field such as media, production, learning, social sciences, marketing, or business administration.
  • •Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities with a proven track record.
  • •Experience localizing or adapting content for multiple markets or languages, and working across regions, cultures, or time zones.
  • •Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Parta, Adobe Captivate, Pendo, etc.), Learning Management Systems and Help platforms (e.g. LearnUpon, Zendesk, Docebo, etc.).
