  • •Serve as a SME for U.S. immigration programs, providing guidance on visa, work authorization, and immigration compliance.
  • •Manage immigration and relocation cases end to end, including offers, pre-hire assessment, visa processing, extensions, renewals, and permanent residency.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal, external immigration counsel, and stakeholders to develop compliant immigration strategies for hiring needs.
  • •Provide proactive communication to employees and business partners on requirements, processes, timelines, and impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Global Mobility or a related service (e.g., Immigration Law, International Human Resources, and/or International Assignee Tax).
  • •5+ years of experience with the mobility industry (corporate, service, or combination).
  • •5+ years of direct immigration experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •Relevant mobility or relocation certifications (GMS, CRP).
