  • •Serve as a technical expert with product application knowledge and customer interface for engineering and services.
  • •Coordinate service programs, provide sales support (answer application questions), and handle escalations for a 24/7 service business.
  • •Recruit, assess talent, set goals, run training and development, conduct performance appraisals, and provide leadership to drive retention and growth.
  • •Ensure safety compliance in low-, medium-, and high-voltage environments, provide hazardous materials disposal guidance, coordinate warranty issues, and submit monthly operations reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience leading large service engineering projects or 3+ years of management experience leading large service engineering, construction, utility, or other applicable projects (or 3+ years management experience in another field).

  • •No relocation offered; candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the listed location (active duty military exempt).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
