Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and scale the SETA program across multiple channels, including in-person, Slack, Confluence, and email.
  • •Partner with program leadership to develop training initiatives bridging security and classified programs to support early engagement for cleared space and staffing.
  • •Coordinate with FSOs, CSSOs, Program Managers, and the PERSEC team to update annual refresher courses and program-specific training.
  • •Conduct onboarding briefings, debriefings, and compliance training to ensure true comprehension.
  • •Maintain tracking metrics, update internal databases, and provide security status reports; lead security awareness campaigns, events, and an on-site Security Speaker Series with government partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and the proven ability to motivate and guide a workforce through a dynamic culture shift.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge and experience of instructional systems design, educational methodologies, and compliance procedures to create effective training.
  • •Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and applicable Intelligence Community Standards (ICS).
  • •Must hold a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Ability to communicate professionally and courteously, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees and customers.
