Job Summary

Lead store operations as a Coach brand ambassador—driving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. •Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer experience.
•Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
•Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend actions to enhance store performance and customer experience.
•Recruit, interview, support training, provide feedback, and hold the team accountable to achieve individual and business goals.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support when the leadership team is absent and enforce compliance with company and store policies/procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
•Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
•Embody Coach values and actively support increasing brand awareness through strong brand ambassador behavior.
•Support team recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
•Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 25 pounds, and at times lift/carry product, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
