Key Requirements

  • •Experienced compliance officer with PSD2 and CCD1/CCD2 expertise.
  • •Familiarity with cross-border and passporting requirements; previous work across Nordic markets is beneficial.
  • •Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish law degree (or equivalent).
  • •Native speaker in one of the Nordic languages, with advanced English proficiency.
  • •Previous experience in the Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish financial industry as a compliance officer, with eligibility to work in Sweden (no visa sponsorship).
