•Guarantee health and safety of people and promote a culture of risk prevention with management and staff.
•Plan, deploy and monitor the HSE annual roadmap for sites with directors and workshop leads.
•Supervise onboarding and training for employees on HSE risks; ensure regulatory evaluations (VLEP, noise measurements, etc.).
•Oversee safety operations (evacuation drills, fire alarms, training) and security of premises (access control, intrusion systems).
•Coordinate maintenance and improvement of facilities, equipment and installations; manage supplier contracts and budget.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Based in Paris with willingness to travel to various workshops across France, and manage HSE, works and maintenance activities.
•Promote and ensure health and safety of people, strengthen environmental compliance, and adherence to regulations.
•Oversee maintenance and servicing of site infrastructures, buildings, equipment and materials.
•Ensure asset security and provide oversight of investments and works projects.
•Coordinate with management to deploy annual HSE plans and training across sites.
