Key Responsibilities

•Own, maintain, and optimize Okta environments (commercial and StateRAMP/FedRAMP), including SSO integrations, group management, Okta Workflows automation, and access policy governance.
•Design, build, and support integrations and automations using Workato, including ownership of the OWL-IT IT Genie platform for IT service delivery and provisioning.
•Administer and support Google Workspace, including Marketplace app management, group and OU configuration, offboarding automation, and service account governance.
•Lead IAM initiatives including birthright provisioning, RBAC, and access lifecycle automation.
•Be the primary IT engineering SME for StateRAMP/FedRAMP IT controls—scoping, implementing, documenting, and gathering evidence to satisfy compliance requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,125 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•5+ years of experience in an IT Systems Engineering role with at least 3+ years hands-on experience with Okta (SSO, provisioning, group rules, Workflows, ITGC/SOX controls).
•Experience building and maintaining automation using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
•Proficiency with REST APIs (Python preferred) for integration and automation development.
•Experience administering Google Workspace.
