Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with preparation of staff rosters, work schedules, and safe work practices for pool and water attraction operations.
  • •Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and improvement works to keep facilities safe, presentable, and operational.
  • •Oversee daily cleaning, inspection, maintenance, and readiness of pools, slides, rides, water features, and plant rooms.
  • •Ensure regular water quality testing and analysis are completed and results meet health, safety, and operational standards.
  • •Supervise technicians/contractors, support escalated technical issues, maintain operational records and documentation, and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical trade, or minimum of 8 years work experience.
  • •Relevant experience in waterpark maintenance and life support/water filtration system maintenance (desirable 3+ years).
  • •Proven mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
  • •Ability to read and understand P&IDs, schematic drawings, PFDs, and basic single-line diagrams.
  • •Certified Pool Operator (desirable; willing to obtain within the probationary period).
