Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Project Manager, Program Manager, Task Lead, Client Service Manager, or Technical Director on transportation infrastructure assignments.
  • •Lead multidisciplinary teams and provide oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and overall project performance.
  • •Advise key transportation clients (including SEPTA, PennDOT, Amtrak, NJ TRANSIT, DRPA/PATCO) and manage project planning, design delivery, and construction support across the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate work across engineers, planners, environmental specialists, construction managers, contractors, client representatives, utilities, and third-party stakeholders.
  • •Support project controls and delivery planning, including project management plans, risk strategies, stakeholder coordination plans, meeting leadership, and proposal/pursuit activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • •Approximately 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management and transportation infrastructure delivery, engineering consulting, program management, construction management, or related fields.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex transportation projects (transit, rail, bridge, highway, roadway, station, facility, or multimodal improvements).
  • •Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and client expectations.
  • •Experience working directly with public-sector transportation agencies, contractors, municipal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
