Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 24/7/365 Tier 1/2 operational support to end customers and users in the field.
  • •Monitor end-to-end system performance and capacity using specialized tools, detect and respond to faults, alerts, and malfunctions.
  • •Triage issues to determine cause, provide situational awareness, and drive resolution for the user community.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly functional checks, inspections on critical hardware and infrastructure, and maintain SOP/TTP documentation.
  • •Interface with customers and internal teams for real-time detection, isolation, and resolution, including support for networking activities and configuration management.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of directly related experience in IT / network administration and support.
  • •Must currently possess TS clearance and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI or DoD Q Clearance).
  • •Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, or Wireshark (WireShark).
  • •Working knowledge of critical physical infrastructure supporting mission operations, including HVAC, power, and UPS.
  • •DoD 8570 compliant certifications are required.
