Job Summary

Support financial planning and analysis across FICC businesses, driving monthly expense forecasting, annual planning, headcount tracking, and variance analysis. Partner with business leaders and centralized finance teams to identify forecasting risks and opportunities, and deliver consolidated, executive-ready management reporting. You’ll also handle ad hoc requests and special projects, improving reporting processes through automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly expense forecasting and annual planning across multiple FICC business lines, including compensation, non-compensation expenses, allocations, and headcount.
•Perform monthly variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior year results, communicating key drivers and trends to stakeholders.
•Prepare consolidated FICC financial reporting packages and executive-ready presentations for senior management.
•Support recurring monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements and coordinate deliverables across FICC businesses for consistency and accuracy.
•Respond to ad hoc requests and support special projects involving expense management, organizational planning, and business strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,175 - 115,500 annually
