MH Bilingual Account Representative

Handle existing customer billing and collections inquiries in the Specialty Lending Group/Manufactured Housing Servicing Department. Provide prompt, courteous support via phone, fax, mail, and email, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, accurately document interactions, and de-escalate challenging situations. Help train new team members, meet monthly service benchmarks, support translation needs, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
