Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice and support across a wide range of legal activities.
  • •Draft and negotiate contracts, including agreements related to healthcare providers and insurance companies, NDAs/confidentiality, outsourcing, and employment.
  • •Advise on general business law issues and manage legal matters across corporate, procurement, insurance, and human resources.
