Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer care in a fast-paced hearing clinic by supporting clients in person, over the phone, and by email. Schedule appointments, organize client files, and manage client accounts while building relationships. Assist with insurance coordination to support third-party billing, and help with basic cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs (training provided). Work Monday–Friday during business hours with the Regional Clinic Manager.
