Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish processes, templates, and tools; agree baselines for cost and schedule; monitor performance including risk, opportunities, and change impacts.
  • •Serve as key client point of contact to resolve delivery and commercial issues while preparing formal and ad hoc time/cost/quality reports.
  • •Control costs using conceptual estimating, funding stage gates, contingency principles, and procurement principles.
  • •Lead evaluation of time/cost/quality targets with governance controls to enable successful project delivery.
  • •Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile the master schedule/critical path and guide the general contractor on schedule and cash flow alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the construction of data centres and/or other complex asset types (Life Science, Pharma, Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial).
  • •Proven cost management experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong measurement and cost planning expertise.
  • •Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases.
  • •Fluent English skills (written and verbal) and strong communication/listening skills.
