Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple complex technical programs across application development, cloud, AI/GenAI, automation, and platform engineering from planning through hypercare.
  • •Own end-to-end project execution including estimation, deployment, release planning, and overall delivery governance (scope, schedule, budget, quality, dependencies).
  • •Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Infrastructure) and facilitate Agile ceremonies and release planning.
  • •Track delivery progress and engineering execution using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps while ensuring SDLC best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD/release governance.
  • •Manage stakeholders and governance by presenting status, risks, milestones, KPIs, and executive dashboards; maintain RAID logs and monitor risk/quality metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years managing enterprise software development and digital transformation programs.
  • •Proven delivery experience across cloud-native, enterprise applications, AI/GenAI, automation, or platform engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and modern engineering practices, with ability to work across hybrid Agile and Waterfall when needed.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Project for managing programs and collaboration.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, REST APIs/integrations, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and application security fundamentals.
