Conduct site inspections, audits, and observations to verify compliance with safety requirements, legislation, and PPE/permitting obligations. Identify hazards, assess risks, recommend corrective actions, and support incident/near-miss investigations with follow-up. Help develop and improve project H&S plans, coach personnel, and maintain accurate safety records and KPIs.
