Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) and New Product Introduction (NPI) execution across the manufacturing flow through far backend operations into HVM.
  • •Serve as the primary customer interface for wafer status, silicon health, technical issues, and process changes; own resolution of customer-specific integration challenges.
  • •Own device performance readiness, including performance roadmaps, post-silicon characterization, model-to-hardware correlation, and optimization through silicon learning and root-cause analysis.
  • •Serve as the primary yield point of contact across the lifecycle; develop predictive yield models and lead deep-dive investigations to eliminate systematic yield losses.
  • •Act as the cross-functional interface and coordinate customer technology deliverables; provide data-driven updates and manage responses to customer requests while maintaining the Plan of Record (POR).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, or PhD with 4+ years.
  • •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering/physical science discipline.
  • •4+ years of experience in at least one of Product/Process Integration engineering, Device engineering, or Yield engineering.
  • •Direct experience with Gate-All-Around (GAA) technology nodes is preferred.
  • •Foundry customer engagement experience and the ability to influence across complex technical environments are preferred.
