Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from strategy definition through operational setup and local implementation, accountable for results.
  • •Build the system from scratch by driving stakeholder mapping, partnership development, process building, and team scaling.
  • •Work closely with the General Manager and an Ops builder to define and execute the right strategy.
  • •Integrate the Armenia business into Alan’s global operations by collaborating cross-functionally with teams across five countries to leverage the playbook while adapting locally.
  • •Lead through influence and clarity by communicating strategy and trade-offs, writing strategy docs, business plans, and updates to enable autonomous decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience building businesses or driving growth in management consulting, investment banking, M&A, or as an operator at a high-growth startup/scaleup, or founder.
  • •Fluency in Armenian and English (written and spoken).
  • •Based in Yerevan with a deep understanding of the local market, culture, healthcare landscape, and business environment.
  • •Strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from running customer meetings to building financial models and negotiating partnerships.
  • •Strong organization and autonomy to manage projects start to finish with minimal external assistance.
