Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years).

•Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM).
•Experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams, including staffing, performance management, and career development.
•Hands-on experience with DO-178C software development processes.
