Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop custom AI/agentic solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • •Lead technical discovery and architecture scoping to translate AI goals into implementation plans.
  • •Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations on OPAQUE’s platform.
  • •Partner through production deployment by unblocking integration issues, debugging failures, and ensuring maintainability.
  • •Run architecture reviews and POC demonstrations for CTO, CISO, and engineering leadership audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building production AI/ML systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic workflows, including tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and memory architecture.
  • •Deep hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval evaluation, and re-ranking.
  • •Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
  • •Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) in enterprise production environments, with comfort in executive-level technical conversations.
