Job Summary

Serve as the technical bridge between enterprise customers and OPAQUE’s confidential AI platform. Work with customer engineering teams from architecture review through production deployment, helping install OPAQUE and build agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations. Lead technical discovery, run POCs, debug integration issues, and conduct whiteboard sessions with CTO/CISO audiences. Turn field learnings into product feedback and reusable deployment artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop custom AI/agentic solutions tailored to customer needs.
•Lead technical discovery and architecture scoping to translate AI goals into implementation plans.
•Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations on OPAQUE’s platform.
•Partner through production deployment by unblocking integration issues, debugging failures, and ensuring maintainability.
•Run architecture reviews and POC demonstrations for CTO, CISO, and engineering leadership audiences.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience building production AI/ML systems.
•Hands-on experience building agentic workflows, including tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and memory architecture.
•Deep hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, including chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases, retrieval evaluation, and re-ranking.
•Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
•Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) in enterprise production environments, with comfort in executive-level technical conversations.
