Create unforgettable in-store consumer experiences as a Sales Associate using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
•Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns and demonstrating Crocs core values.
•Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
•Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
•Act as a brand ambassador by sharing knowledge of product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives while adhering to Asset Protection and inventory/compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 16 years or older.
•Flexibility with schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
•Adopt a team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
•Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment between the backroom and sales floor.
•Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
