Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure period end reporting correctly reflects BU results; review of business activities, calculation, set up and posting of accounting journals in accordance with journal policy and support for management reporting in the same.
  • •Coach and motivate a team of accountants.
  • •Prepare and review of Balance Sheet Account reconciliations and P&L analysis, financial health of books of accounts.
  • •Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards including schedules and other reports.
  • •Lead statutory audit, internal audit and other applicable audit activities for GBS for timely closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant post qualification degree in Accounting or Finance; preferably Chartered Accountant/CA-Inter.
  • •6-9 years of relevant work experience in India accounting and taxation.
  • •Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Detail-oriented and positive attitude with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills.
  • •Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tool, Blackline and office software (Excel).
