Lead the design, build, and adoption of SRE platform systems at UiPath, delivering AI-powered reliability capabilities that scale across the organization. Own end-to-end delivery from identifying gaps to integration, mentoring engineers, and driving post-mortems, architectural changes, and best practices to improve availability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems and capabilities with cutting-edge AI, treating them as products that other engineering teams depend on in their critical path.
•Participate in livesite monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and drive effective mitigations - reducing customer impact through post-mortems.
•Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements based on livesite learnings and embed best practices into systems you build.
•Ensure technical deliverables meet reliability, scalability, quality, and performance expectations and drive architectural changes.
•Onboard other teams onto your platforms by driving outcomes yourself and integrating with their engineers, removing friction.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of architecting and engineering world-class, large-scale, distributed commercial applications and services.
•Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages (C#, C++, Java, or Python).
•Experience working with production Kubernetes infrastructure.
•Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and managed services (AKS, GKE, etc.).
•Experience with service-oriented and microservice-based architectures, HTTP applications, and web services.
