•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, focusing on business results and customer impact
•Define and execute the long-term product vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its capabilities into the MonetizeMore ecosystem
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding
•Own monetization strategy and roadmap for the Advanced Ads product with a focus on ROI and LTV/MRR
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are adopted and contribute to commercial success
