Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and establishment of the new management system.
  • •Partner with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts to drive Quality Systems initiatives and resolve complex issues with Quality Directors.
  • •Develop, enforce, and manage document templates, procedures, and technical literature; perform document quality checks.
  • •Administer training for new team members and support withdrawal of legacy practices from existing systems.
  • •Perform internal/external audits, oversee KPI/QI and performance quality processes with trend analysis, and lead RCA for quality-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • •8+ years of industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication.
  • •Ability to work as a team member and act as a team leader.
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills for evaluating trending data.
