Apply in-depth QHSES Assurance expertise to strengthen the QHSES Assurance discipline, solving complex issues with minimal guidance. Serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues, partnering with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts and Quality Directors to advance Quality Systems initiatives. Support the development and enforcement of management systems, document templates, training, audits, KPI/QI processes, benchmarking lessons learned, and RCA for quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and establishment of the new management system.
•Partner with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts to drive Quality Systems initiatives and resolve complex issues with Quality Directors.
•Develop, enforce, and manage document templates, procedures, and technical literature; perform document quality checks.
•Administer training for new team members and support withdrawal of legacy practices from existing systems.
•Perform internal/external audits, oversee KPI/QI and performance quality processes with trend analysis, and lead RCA for quality-related issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
•8+ years of industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication.
•Ability to work as a team member and act as a team leader.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills for evaluating trending data.
•Computer-literate in Microsoft programs (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
