Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a senior point of contact for executive stakeholders and lead governance forums, performance reviews, and escalations.
  • •Own and govern project accounting and service delivery KPIs, including targets, dashboards, and reporting to track accuracy, productivity, and financial performance.
  • •Oversee project financial execution including revenue recognition, cost control, reserves/contingencies, and analysis of WIP, unbilled costs, billings in excess of earnings, and receivables.
  • •Provide senior escalation authority for complex accounting judgments and ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and internal control requirements.
  • •Lead operational excellence and transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation/digital enablement, and talent leadership development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (CPA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience with significant senior leadership responsibility in multinational, complex organizations.
  • •Deep expertise in project accounting and financial performance management, including revenue recognition and SOX controls.
  • •Experience leading large teams within shared services or global delivery models, plus working with ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Blackline.
