Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as central contact point and SPOC for claims-overarching performance management in Leistungs PV, covering analysis, steering, and data usage.
  • •Develop and commission clear steering and reporting instruments for Leistungen PV, partnering with business, process management, and technical demands.
  • •Build and maintain a consistent data and KPI landscape across all levels of Leistungen PV, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption across leadership.
  • •Analyze existing data and steering instruments to identify optimization potential and prepare decision bases for line managers and the department manager.
  • •Foster a collaborative change culture in the team and ensure KPIs and reports are embedded in daily leadership work for steering and decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years (approx. 3–6) experience in a performance management role, ideally in person insurance (KTG/UVG/UVG‑Z) or a similar environment.
  • •Solid project management skills, including managing projects, coordinating stakeholders, and handling change.
  • •Strong understanding of industry-specific requirements at the intersection of business, technology, and Finance.
  • •University/FH degree (Uni/FH) in economics, business administration, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a related field; insurance experience is a plus.
  • •Open, resilient, team-oriented personality with a constructive mindset and Freude daran, others to enable and share knowledge; very good German and English; French is a plus.
