Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and plan the work package lot: write the lot description, identify deliverables/milestones/dependencies, set schedules and estimates, identify required resources and availability, and initialize risks/opportunities registers.
  • •Launch the lot: establish network diagram and detailed schedule aligned to the main program, define cost structure/resource profiles/supplier selection and relevant indicators, and draft work-plan documents.
  • •Execute the lot: achieve lot objectives, correct deviations vs baseline/targets, identify and resolve problems, and manage risks and opportunities.
  • •Track and control work: review documents/specifications/schedules/estimate files, consolidate deliverables, maintain lot dashboards and lead progress meetings.
  • •Manage stakeholder and quality obligations and close out: direct the team and/or suppliers, participate in project reviews, act as PM delegate or Thales representative as needed, capture lessons learned, ensure configuration management, and organize lot closure review.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 (école d’ingénieur ou parcours universitaire)
  • •At least 10 years of experience in project management
  • •Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively (co-engineering)
  • •Ability to plan and organize teams and ensure follow-up of engineering projects within deadlines, costs and quality, while managing risks and opportunities
  • •Knowledge of subcontracting contract and lot management, plus ability to produce quality summary reports and resolve complex problems
