Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the New Accounts function by opening accounts, performing account maintenance/supersedes, ordering checks, and servicing affluent client relationships.
  • •Provide high-touch client experience by responding to requests, identifying service needs, and delivering timely, accurate solutions to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • •Prepare treasury management setup documentation and support implementation, servicing, and troubleshooting of treasury management products and services.
  • •Ensure accurate and compliant account opening/servicing activities by maintaining documentation aligned to CIP, KYC, Beneficial Ownership, BSA/AML, OFAC, and audit/regulatory requirements.
  • •Process transactions and wire transfer requests, perform daily servicing activities (review, reconciliation, exception processing, fraud monitoring, stop payments, debit card maintenance, and RDC support), and escalate complex/high-risk matters as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of new accounts experience and 3 years of banking experience supporting affluent consumer and business clients.
  • •Associate's degree or higher is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of account opening and onboarding documentation requirements, including CIP, KYC, Beneficial Ownership, BSA/AML, and OFAC.
  • •Working knowledge of treasury management products and services, plus bank products, services, and internal systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and the ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.
