Legal & Compliance - Japan Compliance, VP/SVP

Support Blackstone’s Legal and Compliance team for Japan and the APAC region, advising the business on compliance matters and ensuring marketing materials meet Japanese regulatory requirements. Own periodic compliance reviews, manage fund registrations and regulatory filings, and maintain compliance documentation and policies. Respond to regulatory inquiries, support inspections, deliver compliance training, and collaborate on cross-border compliance initiatives while reporting to the Head of Japan Compliance.
