Job Summary

Ensure RBO compliance and company EHS standards by implementing EHS goals, policies, and procedures across the factory. Lead GEMBA visits, emergency preparedness, safety trainings, and behavior-based safety awareness. Monitor employee and contractor activities, manage EHS risk assessments and permits, drive site change management, and oversee incident investigations and audit closeouts. Track EHS KPIs monthly, manage EMS/energy/waste/chemical compliance, and coordinate with local authorities and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage EHS compliance by coordinating with departments, employees, corporate team, and the EHS Head.
•Conduct GEMBA visits, safety committee meetings, and emergency mock drills; maintain and implement the emergency response plan.
•Prepare, update, and implement EHS policies/procedures, including EHS risk assessments and work permit/permit work systems.
•Oversee audits and compliance activities, including corporate/brand/third-party audits, certifications programs, and internal EHS management system auditing with closeout of findings.
•Track EHS KPIs and monthly EHS data in the global reporting tool; conduct incident/near-miss reporting and root-cause investigations with corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

•Graduate in Engineering.
•Basic EHS professional certification (international standard).
•At least 10 years’ experience in industrial fields.
•Good knowledge of country labor laws and environmental laws, including EPZ acts and rules.
•Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001, and facility-level maintenance activities.
