Job Summary

Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Build and maintain expertise in mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market guidelines, and provide clients sound mortgage advice. Manage Truist’s mortgage client referral process to deepen opportunities across bank services and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up through quality control or post-closing review.

•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist Mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Ensure full compliance with Truist policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws/regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist Mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute the mortgage client referral process and support mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up as needed for quality control or post-closing review.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
